Structurally similar, vitamin K is a set of fat-soluble vitamins that includes two vitamins: vitamin K-1 and vitamin K-2. While both are beneficial to the body, vitamin K-2 remains biologically active in the body longer than vitamin K-1. Vitamin K Triple Play is designed to deliver the benefits of both vitamin K-1 and vitamin K-2. It also supplies two different forms of vitamin K-2: menatetrenone-4 (MK-4) and menaquinone-7 (MK-7).
